Trio Healthcare needed help filling nursing positions across their skilled nursing facilities in Ohio and Virginia. With an omni-channel campaign, heavily focused on social media, and messaging focused on key benefits to their target demographics, I helped to drive significant results for Trio. The collateral and social media posts pictured below are examples of some of the pieces I designed for this campaign.

Over the course of two months, the campaign had supported in the fulfillment of 150 open positions and Trio was successfully able to reduce the amount of contract workers in their facilities.
